1. Log in to Your DirectAdmin (how to do it check HERE).
2. If You have more then 1 domain, click any of them to get to main menu of DirectAdmin.
3. Click "MySQL Management" -> "Create new Database"
4. Enter new database postfix in Database Name and Database Username (they can be the same).
5. Enter password or generate it with "Random" button and save.
6. Details of Your new database will appear in summary.
