Important: If You want to upgrade shared hosting, Your DirectAdmin password must have at least 12 characters, at least 1 upper-case character A-Z, at least 1 lower-case character a-z, at least 1 number 0-9, and at least 1 special character from the set: !"#$%&'()*+,-./:;<=>?@[]^_` {|}

If it hasn't, please first change it in clientarea (how to do it please check HERE).

If You wish to upgrade Your package or change it's billing period, follow below steps:

  1. Log in to Your Client Area.
  2. In the main Dashboard, under “Services” tab, You will see Your active service.
  3. Click “Manage” button next to it.
  4. Click “Change Package”.
  5. Under “New Package” menu, choice Your new package or billing period and click "Review".
  6. On the next screen click “Save”.

If You chosen to upgrade Your plan or You chosen longer billing period, then You will have to pay for difference between old price and new one.

The price will reduced by the percentage of period, that You already used. For example You already used 6 months of 1GB ($10/year) plan and You upgraded it to 2GB ($15), difference in price is $5, but You will pay only $2,5 for next 6 months.
